Registration Fees

The registration fee Includes

  • The programme package
  • All lectures, workshops and poster session
  • Morning and Afternoon coffees and Lunch on both conference days
  • The “Carbon footprint“ dinner
  • VAT 0%

* Reduced fee does not include the “Carbon footprint” dinner.  This is an additional cost of 40 euros and it can purchased as you register for the conference. Reduced fee applies to Graduate and Post graduates as well as for the participants attending only one of the conference days.

Please note that the additional evening programme on Friday 7th June, the Cruise to Loistokari island, is not included in the registration fee. The cruise is organized by the Steamship Ukkopekka as part of their regular daily cruise programme and we have reserved a number of tickets for the conference participants to join the cruise. The cruise ticket (à 52 euros) includes the dinner (drinks are not included).

Methods of payment

  1. On-line credit card payments with one of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard. From the on-line registration form you will be forwarded to the Finnish credit card company Luottokunta’s homepage for secure electronic payment.
  2. Bank transfer to the University of Turku.

  3. An invoice will be sent upon request only.
    Please note that an invoicing charge of EUR 15 will be added to all invoices.

All payments must be made in euros (EUR).

Cancellation

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) to the Congress Office by 30 April 2013. No fees will be refunded after that date. A processing fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from all refunds.
